Drum and bass began as a musical paradigm

Primary research
Primary research is when you do your on research into things such as surveys, own video/audio recordings of events.
Primary research is new research undertaken after secondary reading has been completed. It is devised and done by the research. I did a questionnaire for my Primary Research. From my Primary research I have found out that not many people are interested in drum and bass. I'm going to try and change this by showing what drum and bass is really like from my Documentary.
I won't have to worry to much about transport because i'm filming either next to college or near to where i live.

I'm not going to be filming in public so i don't have to worry about the UK laws on filming in public, but i have posted the UK law below..
Neither members of the media nor the general public need permits to film or photograph in public places and police officers have no power to stop you filmingor photographing incidents or police personnel. If a police officer insists that you stop filming, then do so.
Quantitative research is the systematic empirical investigation of observable phenomena via statistical, mathematical or computational techniques.Quantitative data is any data that is in numerical form such as hits on a website, sales of CDs and DVDs. My questionnaire is quantitative research.
Qualitative Research is primarily exploratory research. It is used to gain an understanding of underlying reasons, opinions, and motivations. It provides insights into the problem or helps to develop ideas or hypotheses. Examples such as film reviews, game reviews and responses to advertising campaigns.

Audience research is any research conducted on specific audience segments to gather information about their attitudes, knowledge, interests, preferences, or behaviors. For cultural organizations, audience research is often conducted on current visitors and past visitors. Examples audience data, advertising effects and competitions.

Defamation is an area of law that provides a civil remedy when someone's words end up causing harm to your reputation or your livelihood. Libel is a written or published defamatory statement, while slander is defamation that is spoken by the defendant. I don't have to worry about this because i'm not going to have any harmful words in my documentary.
